Different Biomes

These are 5 different biomes (tundra, temperate forest, ocean, desert, grassland)

Tundra; Anaktuvuk Pass- 68 degrees N, 152 degrees W (taken from blueplanetbiomes.org)


Temperate forest; 14 Kendall Drive, Westborough, MA



Marine/Intertidal Zone; Crane Beach- 290 Argilla Road, Ipswich, MA



Desert; Mohave Desert- 35.5 degrees N 116 degrees E (taken from blueplanetbiomes.org)


Grassland; 14 Kendall Drive, Westborough, MA

    To make it clear to all what we've got here; its a complete progressive points category which is normally worth 15 points but at double (because its before July 1), its worth 30 points!!! Score!!!

    Neena, I was incorrect in my earlier assessment. The "ocean" term is too vague. That is a specific portion of the marine biome. Since that would be the 5th picture (and double points), its worth 10 points to get it corrected!
