Different types of Carbohydrates


Milk contains lactose, which consists of glucose and galactose.















Potatoes contain starch (since they store sugar as starch), which is a polysaccharide.

Apples have fructose, which is a type of monosaccharide.

Paper contains cellulose, which is a polysaccharide.
