I Lin; Organism's home

So, I guess I'll start things off. This is a picture of a bird's nest I found a little while ago in my front yard. I am pretty sure that the bird that occupied this nest was a robin.

  1. That looks alot to me like a robin's nest. If its abandoned you can say that its from a robin.

    Here is the way to determine the type of nest;

  2. Dr. Ryan, you're right!

    Before there were small blue eggs in the nest, and from the region and etc., i found out that it really is a robin's nest.

  3. So you can edit the first post to include the organism's name. That will give you the DOUBLE credit for it...

  5. Eggs that aren't white receive their coloring and patterns several hours prior to being laid. The mother produces pigments by breaking down hemoglobin from burst red blood cells in her body.
