Evidence of Varying Phenotypes for the Same Trait


Violax wittrockiana

The pansies in the foreground are yellow and dark purple, the ones behind those are white, and the pansies in the background are dark red.










Hosta fortunei

The first plant is solid green while the second has white and green on its leaves.

One of the pigs is completely pink while the other two are a mix of black and pink.

  1. OOps, in the top photo, you have three different colors of pansies therefore the most you have here is three. This was for the same trait and pig color is not the same as plant color which is not the same as flower color.

  2. Okay I see what you mean, does this only earn me 12 points then? Also if the other organisms don't count could I use them in a future post if I need to?
