Population

This picture shows a population of bumble bees, also known as Bombus, in their home. Populations have to be a group of individuals of one species living in one area who have the ability to interbreed and interact with each other. These bees have both properties as they have a queen bee in their home, which makes it possible for them to interbreed, and they interact with each other to make the honey and survive as a group. This picture was taken at Longwood Gardens, in Kennet Square, Pennsylvania.

  1. Anna, population is a harder one to get but you might be there EXCEPT for part of your explanation. A population has two requirements in the definition and you've clearly got that they are members of the same species. Let me know if you figure out what you're missing and have fixed it...
