Pitch pine: Pinus rigida. Found near 6 Rosewood Place, Westborough MA. I think it is a pitch pine because it has three pine needles per bundle.

White pine: Pinus strobus. Found near 6 Rosewood Place, Westborough MA. Note the characteristic five needles per bundle in the picture at left.
