Introduced Species

Both of these species, the Nicobar Pigeon (Caloenas nicobarica), which is usually found in the Nicobar Islands off the coast of Southeast Asia, and the Nile Crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus), which is found primarily in Africa, were both introduced into the United States habitats when they were brought to Animal Kingdom in Florida.
